Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?

We only ship to the USA, Canada, and the UK at this time. The exact shipping rate may change based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our primary goal is always to deliver your items in a timely and safe manner.

Why does my tracking link say ‘Expired’?

This could be due to a number of different reasons. Most of the time this is simply an error with our tracking system and we can quickly re-track your package for you. If your tracking link says ‘Expired’, please contact us here and we will take care of you.
